Your shipping confirmation email will be sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse and it will have your tracking details. All orders are generally shipped on the same day if ordered before 12PM (GMT). We only ship Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

If you are in the United Kingdom or EU you will not have any import duty or tax to pay. For all other countries you will not be charged any sales tax or VAT at checkout but you may be liable for import duty and taxes.

We ship from the Uk and EU so you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages as it varies from country to country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

You have a 30-day short-term right to reject items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described for a full refund or replacement. Please inspect your roll or tiles immediately upon delivery and contact our support team with photographic evidence within 30 days so we can arrange a priority replacement.

Because our vinyl wraps and window films are cut to length from a master roll specifically for your order, they are classified as bespoke items.

Rolls 10 Meters & Under: Final Sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations if you change your mind.

Rolls Over 10 Meters: Eligible for return strictly at our discretion. They must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, and are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Recommendation: To avoid restocking fees or final sale restrictions, always order a Peel & Stick sample first to verify the color and texture in your actual space.

Yes but we only do manual orders since the Trump Import Tariffs were introduced. Once you understand that you now have to pay import fee's into the US we can ship it to any US address. Just email us your order, name, phone number and address and we can send you an order link.

Our premium interior architectural wraps can be applied to any smooth, flat, non-porous, and clean surface. They are highly optimized for surfacing kitchen cabinets, worktops, doors, sealed MDF, plastics, glass, metals, and varnished wood. They will not adhere well to unsealed plaster, rough concrete, or heavily textured surfaces.

Apply a high-quality acrylic wood sealer, water-based primer (like Rustins Quick Dry MDF Sealer). This creates a non-porous, plastic-like barrier that locks in the dust and gives the vinyl adhesive a solid surface to grab onto. Let it dry completely.

Yes. Architectural films are fully waterproof and highly moisture-resistant, making them ideal for bathroom units and kitchen splashbacks. Most are heat-resistant up to 75°C (167°F), meaning they can withstand everyday kitchen environments, though you should always use coasters or hot pad for boiling pots and pans. When properly installed indoors, our architectural films have an expected lifespan of up to 10 years. They feature a scratch-resistant protective layer and are UV-stabilised to ensure they will not fade, yellow, or crack when exposed to daily sunlight.

Yes they are fully removable if you every get bored of the look. The best thing about them is you can have a new look every year without replacing the furniture! Just use a heatgun to soften the glue beofre pulling the vinyl off. If going over painted or weak surfaces it might pull some paint up when removing.

To clean your vinyl wrap, simply wipe the surface with a soft microfiber cloth and warm, soapy water, drying it immediately after. For stubborn grease, use a 50/50 mix of water and Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA).

Never use abrasive scrubbing pads or harsh chemicals like bleach, acetone, or ammonia, which can scratch or dull the film's protective layer. Lastly, ensure highly pigmented spills like red wine, coffee, or curry are wiped up immediately to prevent permanent staining.

Yes, our composite tiles are fire-retardant and highly heat-resistant. However, they must not come into direct contact with open flames. For safety and longevity, ensure a minimum clearance distance of 15cm (6 inches) between the tiles and gas burner hobs or high-heat cooking surfaces.

While the tile faces are 100% waterproof and perfect for kitchen and bathroom splashbacks, we do not recommend installing them directly inside a wet shower enclosure where water pools constantly. If you choose to install them in a high-moisture zone, all tile seams and perimeter edges must be sealed with a high-grade silicone sealant to prevent water from compromising the adhesive backing.

For straight cuts, simply score the front face of the tile several times with a sharp utility knife against a metal straight edge, then firmly snap it along the scored line. For complex shapes, corners, or cutting around electrical sockets, use a pair of heavy-duty tin snips, a manual tile cutter, or a jigsaw equipped with a fine-toothed metal blade. Always leave the protective backing paper on while cutting to keep your measurements precise and protect the adhesive from debris.

Our self-adhesive composite tiles bond permanently to smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces, including existing ceramic tiles, painted drywall, glass, stainless steel, acrylic, and sealed wood. They will not adhere properly to textured walls, unsealed raw plaster, peeling paint, or wallpaper.

Before installation, ensure the surface is completely dry and thoroughly degreased with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to guarantee a flawless, high-strength bond. Allow freshly painted surfaces to cure for 6 weeks before applying tiles.

For the absolute best bond, our 3D wall panels require a smooth, dry, and dust-free wall surface. If your wall is heavily textured (like Artex or rough plaster) or has peeling wallpaper, the panels will not adhere properly. We recommend removing old wallpaper, sanding down textures, and applying a wall primer before installation.

Because our wall panels use a high-strength permanent adhesive bond, pulling them off dry can tear the drywall paper. To remove them safely, apply heat to the surface using a heat gun or high-powered hairdryer. This softens the adhesive core, allowing you to slowly pull the panel away with minimal to no wall damage. Residual glue can be cleaned using an adhesive remover.

Use a sharp utility knife and steel ruler to cut through the panels. Always leave the protective backing liner on while cutting to keep your measurements precise and protect the adhesive from debris.
